This is a custom home design example. This design had a great mix of Louisiana Architecture including some Colonial & Creole architecture with a modern touch. This plan was designed as a lake front home. This open split plan includes a large open family room with a fire place open to the kitchen and dining room with lots of windows and doors overlooking the rear porch. It also includes a spacious master suite with a covered exit door with awning. This plan also has three additional bedrooms with a connecting bath’s and a guest bath near the back porch. This home also includes a large rear screened in cook porch with a wood burning fire place. This plan also has a rear 3 car garage & storage.
