The Pigeon House Plans front exterior is heavily influenced by the pigeoneer. This plan features a large, open split floor plan great for gatherings and entertaining. A large entry foyer off the front stoop leads to an open living room, kitchen and dining room area. A roomy master suite, three additional bedrooms, one additional bathroom, and a powder room are also included. Many windows throughout the plan bring in lots of natural light.  A covered front stoop and rear cook porch with a patio complete this design.
